    1784 Acts & Laws, passed by the General Court of Massachusetts:  Begun and held at Boston, in the County of Suffolk, on Wednesday the Twenty-Eighth of May, Anno Domini, 1783; and from thence continued, by Adjournments, to Wednesday the Twenty-First Day of January, 1784, and then met
    Acts include:  Regulation and use of historic Faneuil Hall; creating of the first bank which eventually became the Bank of Boston which was in business for decades; New rules of probate and real estate; Acts limiting the powers of Justices of the Peace and much more in this large folio imprint.  One of the Acts involved
    Leicester Academy, and
    Eli Whitney, inventor of the cotton gin, attended Leicester Academy (according to Wikipedia).
    Original condition; stitched and untrimmed as issued; 80 pp; light cover water stain; there is bending of edges; writing on front page (see picture).
