    1791 Massachussetts land deed wherein DANIEL WHITNEY of Sherbourne MASSACHUSETTS Middlesex County, deeds a parcel of MEADOW AND SWAMPY LAND to WILLIAM CLARK "in consideration of thirty pounds".
    It contains other signatures including the Registrar WILLIAM WINTHROP.
    The 13"X8" deed is on heavy laid paper with no tears and it is in Very Good condition.
    A later handwritten note states:  "Sent to Elizah Perry on June 1 1828."
    signed Daniel and Meriam Whitney in the presence of Adam Leeland (or Leuland) and Mary Whitney.  William Boden was the Just. of the Peace.
    Excellent genealogy family ancestry historical heirloom.
