    Description
    Nice pierced sterling silver tray by Gorham, approx. 14 1/2" x 8 1/3" x 2", 20.5oz or 582g, marked Sterling and A5275, good with some small surface scratches above the engraving. This has HVR Cornell 1900 engraved on the front. Not sure who HVR is -- if you happen to know please pass it on to me! There is a prominent faculty member -- Martha Von Rensselaer -- who has the VR in her name but it's unlikely to be related to her.
