International Order Of the Odd Fellows (IOOF) "FLT" Lapel-Boutonniere . This is an enamel and what appears to be minute cobalt button hole boutonniere. It is unmarked as to metal content but appears to be enamel over brass. This is a one-piece, there is no pin or screwback. Its fixed and designed to fit into that buttonhole. It is sold as a curio and collectible only.
