    Here we have a 14 1/2" in diameter Sterling serving tray with pierced border and beautiful decoration produced by Galt & Bros., Virginia & D.C. c. 1892-1934. The tray appears to be in good condition with age appropriate wear, scratches to the center from use and has
    NO
    monogram.  The open work is beautiful, the sterling is heavy gauge and is marked on the base with the Galt & Bros. hallmark, GALT & BROS.,
    STERLING, 14 1/2 IN, 5369/47 and PATENTED 5/18-25-1909
    . The tray weighs 1,102 grams or 35.45 ozt. This piece comes from a prominent Maryland estate. The tray displays great!
